  2. Associate is responsible for saving data resident on their equipment. Although technicians may assist with backing up files in the event that service is provided, it is ultimately the responsibility of the associate to backup his/her personal and work related data. Associate assumes full responsibility for any data loss.

It is mutually agreed and understood that computers will break down and require periodic repairs and that the Associate is responsible for their own equipment. It is further agreed and understood that it is the full responsibility of the associate to save and back-up any data that may be stored on the computer(s) prior to any technical services performed, and to maintain and periodically update the anti-virus software installed on the computer(s).
